Candle Care

  • Burn your candle on a heat-resistant surface, away from anything flammable.
  • Trim the wick to ¼ inch before each burn.
  • On the first burn, allow the wax to melt all the way to the edges to help prevent tunneling.
  • Burn your candle for no more than 4 hours at a time.
  • Never leave a burning candle unattended.
  • Keep away from children and pets.
  • Allow the wax to cool completely before relighting.
  • Stop burning when about ½ inch of wax remains.

    Room Spray

    • Shake gently before each use.
    • Spray into the air, away from your face.
    • Avoid spraying directly on furniture, fabrics, finished wood, leather, or pets.
    • Test on an inconspicuous area before using on linens.
    • Keep out of reach of children.

    Reed Diffusers

    • Flip the reeds every 1–2 weeks for a stronger fragrance.
    • Keep away from direct sunlight and heat.
    • Clean up spills immediately, as fragrance oil may damage finished surfaces.

    Laundry Detergent

    • Use the recommended amount per load.
    • Store in a cool, dry place.
    • Keep the container tightly sealed.
    • Keep out of reach of children and pets.

    • Wax Melt Care

      To enjoy the best fragrance and longest-lasting performance from your WIKS Candle Co. wax melts, follow these simple tips:

      • Remove one or two wax cubes from the package and place them in an approved wax warmer.
      • Use only electric wax warmers or tea-light warmers designed specifically for wax melts.
      • Never add water to the wax.
      • Do not melt wax on a stovetop or in any unapproved appliance.
      • Allow the wax to cool completely before removing or replacing it.
      • Replace the wax when the fragrance is no longer noticeable.
      • Never leave a wax warmer unattended while in use.
      • Keep warmers away from children, pets, and flammable materials.
      • Store wax melts in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve their fragrance.
